Mumbai – Kochi – Munnar – Thekkady – Alleppey – Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Trivandrum – Mumbai
DAYS 1 - 2 MUMBAI
Upon arrival transfer to your hotel in private car. You can arrive at any time on Day 1 as there are no activities planned until the important welcome meeting with your tour leader. Visit Elephanta Caves, Prince of Wales museum, Mani Bhavan, Victoria Terminus, Dhobi Ghat and rest of the day at leisure for independent activities.
Days 3 – 4 Kochi
Post breakfast take flight to Kochi. This land of spices has attracted many European Traders and is a unique blend of the old and the new, the Indian and the Western. Visit Mattancherry Palace, St. Francis Church, Chinese Fishing Nets, Dutch Palace and Jewish Synagogue. Evening enjoy Kathakali Dances – Traditional dance of Kerala .
Day 5 Munnar
Post breakfast private car transfer to Munnar. Situated on the confluence of three mountains streams, this British Summer retreat of Raj has lakes, reservoirs, lush green forests and tea plantation. Visit Tea Plantation and enjoy tea tasting session.
Day 6 Thekkady
Early breakfast and depart for Thekkady by Chauffer driven car. Thekkady is the location of the Periyar National Park, which is an important tourist attraction in the Kerala. Arrive and transfer to hotel. Later depart for Wild Plantation Tour and enjoy boat ride at Perriyar Lake.
Day 7 Alleppey
Early morning after breakfast car transfers for Alleppey - "Venice of the east". Upon arrival transfer to Deluxe house boat for overnight stay. Enjoy cruise of backwaters with the mind-blowing view of canal systems, endless lagoons, backwater birds, fishing by locals, paddy fields, small houses on small stretch of land - there are villages in all over these backwaters.
Days 8 – 10 Kovalam
Post breakfast disembark and depart for Kovalam- well known for its endless sight of coconut trees and glorious beaches. The crescent-shaped beach has three parts. The southern most beach, and the most popular, is light house beach. It offers an amazing sight of Vizhinjam mosque. The northern Samudra is a laidback one and time seems stands still here. The middle, hawah, in the early day, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea. Visit beaches and free to relax at leisure. Hotel stay in Kovalam.
Day 11 Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam
Post breakfast depart for full day excursion trip to Kanniyakumari (Cape Comorin), en route visit the famous wooden palace at Padmanabhapuram. Later visit Vivekananda rock by a ferryboat, the temple of Kumari Amman (the virgin lady) and Gandhi Memorial. Post visit return back to Kovalam.
Day 12 Kovalam – Trivandrum - Mumbai
Post breakfast check out and depart for Trivandrum. Arrive and in time transfer to Airport to board flight for Mumbai. Overrnight hotel stay in Mumbai.
Day 13 Mumbai –Depart
Post breakfast at hotel, in time transfer to International Airport to board flight for onward destination.
