Trip within the Himalayas via a motor bike, sounds interesting right! This trip is designed for bike lovers and travelers seeking some real adventure while enjoying the culture and beauty of Himalayan foothills. Drive through one of world’s highest highway, explore off beaten- tracks, witness spectacular scenarios, encounter wildlife, drive through the cold desert region of Ladakh and all in a safe and secure environment.

ROUTE :

12 NIGHTS / 13 DAYS

Delhi – Chandigarh – Manali – Keylong – Sarchu – Leh – Khardungla Pass –Nubra Valley – Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh

Day 1 Delhi

Arrival by morning flight. Transfer to hotel for some rest. Afternoon some practice time on your respective motorcycle, Enfield 350 / 500cc. Later evening briefing on the complete trip followed by welcome Dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2 Chandigarh

Post breakfast depart for Chandigarh. Arrive and evening drive around Chandigarh. Visit Rock Temple, Sukna Lake and Local Markets. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3 Chandigarh – Kullu – Manali

Early morning depart for Manali via Mandi-Kullu. En route stop in Bilaspur for lunch.
Continue drive to Kullu - famous for its apple orchards, beautiful women, wooden temples, folk music and dance. Arrive Kullu and stop for tea/coffee at hotel at Naggar-the 16th century castle. Continue drive to Manali, arrive and check in to hotel. Evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: In Manali

Post breakfast depart for sight seeing visiting Hadimba Temple, Roerich Gallery, The Mall Road. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 Manali – Keylong

Post east breakfast set your Bikes ready for the spectacular Trans-Himalayan mountain ride, covering a total distance of 484 kms. Depart for Keylong via Rohtang pass. Arrive Keylong and check-in to hotel. Keylong, is the only town between Manali and Leh. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 6 Keylong – Sarchu

Post breakfast morning at leisure. Later ride to Jispa - Darcha and reach the top of the gorge & head straight to Himmatnagar Cantonment. Ride to Suraj Tal & then ahead to Baralacha La (approx 4883m above sea level). Later descend down to Bharatpur and enter Sarchu. Later Dinner and overnight stay at Fixed Tents.

Day 7 Sarchu – Leh

Post breakfast depart for Leh en route cross over the low lying road in the stream and ascend uphill against the height of Lachungla pass (5060m) and then drive downhill till the base of bridge before Pang (4630m). Proceed further to Leh, the saddle of Buddhist Culture. Arrive and transfer to Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 8 Leh – Khardungla Pass – Nurba Valley

Early morning ride to the world’s highest motorable road: Khardung La. Stand at a height at 18,380 (5602m) feet En route enjoy unbelievable but true spectacular views of the snow covered Himalayas. Photo stop in order to capture the moment and then later ride down into the beautiful Nubra Valley. Arrive and Transfer to Fixed Camp Site. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9 Nurba Valley – Leh

After breakfast depart for Leh, arrive and transfer to Hotel. Handover the Motorbikes, to be transported back to Delhi. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 10 Leh – Pangong Lake

Early morning depart by chauffer driven car for Pangong Lake via Chang La Pass. This lake is 134 km (83 mi) long and extends from India to China. Arrive and transfer to fixed tents for overnight stay. Evening free for personal activities.

Day 11 Pangong Lake – Leh

Post breakfast depart by car for Leh. Arrive and check-in to hotel. Day free to explore Leh at leisure. Visit Shey and Thiksey. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

Day 12 Leh – Delhi

Post breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight for Delhi. Assistance upon arrival and afternoon enjoy orientation tour of Old and New Delhi. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 13 Delhi –Depart

Post breakfast transfer to Airport to board flight for onward destination.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- The cost has been calculated on the basis of existing tariffs/conditions and any charge in cost or modification in tax structure will oblige us to revise the same.
- Red fort, LotusTemple, and Museums are closed on Monday.
- The cost has been calculated on the basis of base category of rooms andincase of non availability of same, supplement as applicable for higher category of room would be extra.
- All travellers must be 18 years or above and in possession of a valid driving license Advisable to carry Heavy Woollens and comfortable pair of shoes.
- Best Time to travel – July to September.
